Quantum PLC Module Overview
Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in extremely high reliability. The Quantum PLC features hardware fault self-detection, providing timely alarm notifications when failures occur.
The system can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis routines in Concept, extending fault self-diagnosis protection beyond just the PLC circuit to include connected equipment. This comprehensive approach ensures the entire system maintains high reliability. All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing maintenance workload and improving serviceability. LED status indicators provide clear visual feedback of CPU and I/O template channel status, enabling rapid troubleshooting.
The Quantum PLC system offers complete functionality with comprehensive supporting facilities, demonstrating strong applicability across various industrial applications. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment employ dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure continuous, safe operation. The advanced dual-machine hot backup system features simple configuration and easy operation, with two identically configured modules operating in primary/secondary mode.
Under normal operation, the host CPU handles program execution and I/O communication while continuously updating the standby CPU's status and data through the hot backup module. The standby unit monitors the host's operational status and will immediately assume control if the host fails, with seamless transition occurring within a single PLC scan cycle to maintain uninterrupted logic operations.
