System Overview

The Zhonghe 8000 series rotating machinery protection system is a comprehensive modular monitoring and protection solution specifically designed for shaft vibration monitoring, protecting key rotating equipment in power generation, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and heavy industry applications.

This integrated system design complies with API 670 standards, providing real-time, high-precision vibration data, active fault warning, and reliable safety interlocking to prevent catastrophic equipment failures and minimize unplanned downtime.

Core Technology & Design

The shaft vibration monitoring solution integrates advanced eddy current sensor technology with a 32-bit embedded industrial processor, accurately measuring radial and axial shaft vibration, eccentricity, and other key parameters throughout the entire operating range of rotating machinery.
